- You are ready to commit 6 weeks to focused action and finally ship the project you've been dreaming about.

Your 6-Week Build Plan: From Idea to Impact
- Live Sessions: Held one day a week for 6 weeks.
- When: TBD
- Dates: Fall 2026
- Session Format: Each 90-minute session is a hands-on workshop: 60 minutes of core teaching followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A and implementation support.
- Recordings: All sessions will be recorded if you cannot attend live.
The Empathy Lab: Sharpening Your Focus
We go deep on the "Who" and "Why." We define the core human problem your project solves and create a "Problem & Purpose" statement that will serve as our guide, ensuring you're building the right thing.
The Definition & Design Studio: The Blueprint
Here we fuse definition and ideation. We'll strip your project down to its essential "minimum viable" form and immediately architect the experience. You'll end this week with a clear, one-page "Project Blueprint" for the build ahead.
The MVP Workshop: Building Your Proof of Concept
We explicitly teach the art of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). You'll learn what to build first to prove your idea works, creating the functional skeleton of your project with speed and clarity.
The Core Build: Focused Creation
This is your dedicated studio time. With the skeleton in place, you will use this week for pure, focused creation—writing, designing, or recording the core of your "Version One" with accountability to keep you moving.
The Polish & Prep: Getting Ready to Share
The final build week. You'll add the finishing touches, refine the user experience, and prepare your project for its first audience, moving from "functional" to "finished enough to share."
The Launch Pad & Feedback Loop
Time to ship! You'll release your "Version One," celebrate the launch, and learn how to process valuable feedback. You'll leave with a finished project and a clear plan for what's next.
When you emerge from the Incubator, you will have:
- Shipped a 'Version One' of your project into the world.It will no longer be just an idea in your head, but a tangible asset you can share, test, and build upon.
- Mastered a repeatable framework for turning future ideas into action.You'll leave with the confidence and the exact process to tackle your next big project, and the one after that.
- Gained the unshakable identity of a builder.You will have fundamentally shifted from being 'someone with ideas' to 'someone who builds and ships.'
- Replaced 'idea swirl' with focused, joyful momentum.You'll have the clarity and energy for your next steps, knowing you have a community and a system to support you.

Dr. Abigail Joseph
Hey, I'm Dr. Abigail Joseph, and I'm the architect who builds the bridge between your analytical 'Lab' brain and your creative 'Studio' heart.
My own journey to earning a PhD in Computer Science wasn't just about logic and code; it was fueled by the alchemy of structured research (The Lab) and the joy of creative expression (The Studio). I learned that you don't have to choose between being brilliant and being joyful—you can design a life that holds both.
My work is now dedicated to helping multipassionate professionals like you build the systems and find the focus to make your most exciting ideas real. I believe the world needs your unique genius, and I can't wait to help you build it.
